Name, Description, And Address

src/config/config.toml
[site]
title = "Consultiz"
description = "Consultiz provides practical business consulting insights across strategy, transformation, finance, and operations."
tagline = "" # empty uses common.tagline from src/i18n/<language>.json
taglineSeparator = "" # empty uses " - "
baseUrl = "" # set your live address before launch
  • title is your firm’s name. It is used in page titles, social previews, the RSS feed title, and the structured data that describes your site.
  • description is the default text under your link in search results and social previews. Pages with their own description or metaDescription use theirs.
  • tagline is added to page titles: “Pricing - your tagline”. It ships empty, so each language uses its own common.tagline from src/i18n/en.json and fr.json. Fill it in only on a one-language site. Set disableTagline: true in a page’s frontmatter to drop it on that page.
  • baseUrl must be your real address before you launch. See SEO & AI Visibility.

Also set [seo] author to your firm’s name: it is the organization name in the structured data search engines read.

Consultiz uses up to three logo files, because the logo sits on light, dark, and image backgrounds:

[site]
logo = "/images/logo.svg" # light headers and light footers
logoLight = "/images/logo-light.svg" # dark footers and the homepage footer
logoAlternate = "/images/logo-light.svg" # transparent headers over a banner image
logoText = "Consultiz" # text next to the logo
logoWidth = "30px"
logoHeight = "30px"
  1. Put your files in src/assets/images/ (SVG is best; PNG and WebP work too).
  2. Point the keys at them with a path that starts with /images/: src/assets/images/logo.svg is "/images/logo.svg".
  3. Set logoWidth and logoHeight to the size you want in the header, keeping your logo’s proportions.
  4. If your logo image already contains the firm’s name, set logoText = "".

Favicons

The small icon in the browser tab. Consultiz creates every size browsers and phones need from one image:

  1. Save a square image of your mark (SVG, or a PNG of at least 512×512 px) in src/assets/images/.

  2. Point [site.favicon] image at it:

    [site.favicon]
    path = "/images/favicons" # leave as it is
    image = "/images/favicon.png"
  3. Run:

    Terminal window
    npm run generate-favicons

The generated files are written to public/images/favicons/. Hard-refresh the browser (Ctrl + Shift + R) to see the new icon; browsers cache favicons for a long time.

Social Preview Image

When someone shares a link to your site, the preview card uses the page’s own image if it has one, and otherwise the shared image in [opengraph] image:

[opengraph]
image = "/images/og-image.jpg" # public/images/og-image.jpg

Replace public/images/og-image.jpg with a 1200×630 image of your brand. More in SEO & AI Visibility.

Remove The “Consultiz” Name Everywhere

Change [site] title, logoText, and [seo] author in config.toml. Then search the whole project (Ctrl + Shift + F) for Consultiz and change what is visible text: the footer copyright in src/i18n/en.json and fr.json, page titles and metaTitle values in src/content/, and image alt text.
